Shipping
Most in-stock items will ship 2-3 days after we receive your order. Please allow an extra day or two for personalized items. We ship most items UPS, and sometimes we use Priority Mail. We will send you a tracking number when your order has shipped. To check the status of your order, email sales@bookedstore.com.
International Orders
If you are ordering from outside the United States, please email sales@bookedstore.com for payment and shipping information.
Sales Tax
A 7% sales tax will be collected at checkout for all orders shipped within the state of Florida.
Care Instructions
Our books, though made of wood, still need to be cared for as you would a paper album. Our unique painted finish, if not taken care of, can sometimes get scratches or marks. We’ve found that a simple pencil eraser will take off many scratches. Or you may prefer to let it wear naturally and increase its character. And of course, try to keep your album out of water!
Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, you may return it to us for store credit. We're sorry, but personalized orders are non-returnable. When ordering, please make sure that the spelling is correct. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition. Please ship insured, certified, as we cannot be responsible for lost or missing returns. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
